When it is recorded Searching for leaks without digging References — completed work Cleaning and recording the pipeline with a camera Send an enquiry

The interior of a rectangular ventilation duct with deposits, recorded from the duct itself.

The camera shows where the clog is and the condition of the pipe, before anything is broken. The same approach applies to the leak: first there is a place, then it digs only there.

When it is recorded

Filming makes sense in three situations. Before flushing the sewer, to see if it was done properly. When clogged, to find a place and cause. And about cleaning before it, to know what is cleaned, and after it, to check what is left.

The same is true of ventilation pipes, which are recorded before and after cleaning.

In addition to the pipes, the camera also examines the risky places that are not easily entered: tanks, boilers and hidden parts of installations. Wells and vertical drop-downs are recorded up to a hundred meters below the water mirror level, high-resolution diagnostic cameras, so the footage shows dirt and damage.

Filming also comes with communal cleaning, as a final step after cleaning the sewer pipes.

Searching for leaks without digging

Water, oil and gas pipeline leaks are searched for Ex devices, in the environment where ordinary equipment should not work. Geophones, locators, thermovision and drone cameras and super-pressure diagnostic air pumps, with reading between blind sites on the search line, participate in the business.

The point is simple: the place is determined before the ground is touched. No digging, cutting, drilling and demolition, and then it is dug only where the fault is.

The pipeline pipes are diagnosed by overpressure pumps with air compression, and the breach site is read between the blinds, or blind plugs.

Thermovision imaging searches for the thermal points of the system and critical places of excessive temperature, and gas detectors the presence of gases.

What it includes

  • Recording of sewers before commissioning
  • Recording of the obstruction of sewer lines
  • Recording of ventilation pipes before and after cleaning
  • Recording of pipelines of water, gas, oil and other
  • Overview of tanks, boilers and hidden places with camera
  • Shooting wells and vertical caps up to 100 m below water mirror level
  • Diagnosing water, oil and gas leaks with Ex devices, without excavation
  • Oil pipeline diagnostics with pressurized pumps, reading between blinds
  • Measurement and diagnostics of ventilation air speed and quality
  • Thermal imaging of thermal points and places of excessive temperature
  • Detection of the presence of gas gas detectors
  • TV inspection of the pipeline with special cleaning

Cleaning and recording the pipeline with a camera

3 jobs, 45 photos.

When is the sewage recorded?

Before commissioning, when water clogs and around cleaning before and after it.

Are the air ducts also being recorded?

They're recording, both before and after the cleanup, along with the diagnostics of air speed and quality.

Does it have to be dug to find a leak?

Not in advance. The place is first searched for by geophone, locator, thermovision or drone camera and press pumps, so it is dug only where there is a malfunction.

To what depth is the well recorded?

Up to one hundred metres below water mirror level, for both pipe and dug wells.
