History

ARHIFARM d.o.o. was founded in 1992 in Belgrade. The health institution ARHIFARM was founded in the same year. The service of general, industrial and communal cleaning, weed suppression, finishing and craft works in construction was established in 1996.

The expansion of health activity was in 2001, when a decision was obtained by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, and then by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, to perform sanitary and environmental protection, i.e. control of diseases and pests in health, agriculture, forestry and water management.

The expansion of the activity continued through the control of birds at airports and other facilities in 2002. Approval to produce rodenticides was obtained from the competent ministry in 2004. In parallel with the production of preparations, the production of insecticide lamps, mousetraps (live-capture and kill traps) and cages, as well as the distribution of repeller pests and birds began.

Approval for the collection and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste was obtained in 2010, and the permit for the treatment of hazardous waste in a mobile facility in 2012. The company has been operating and maintaining facilities since 2015; the activity was derived from a wide range of services it provides. The consulting has been carried out since 2012, when the certificates of the competent ministries in the field of fire protection and classification were obtained.

Revitalising skills and equipment

After a period in which illness and personal loss slowed operations, the company is bringing its existing knowledge and varied equipment back into use with a younger team involved in solving practical work tasks. Activities outside the regular offer are clearly marked on this site as archive material or work assessed individually.
