This is an English translation of the terms of use. If the two versions differ, the Serbian text prevails.
Who runs the website
The website is run by ARHIFARM d.o.o., Đure Jakšića 19Ž, 11250 Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 07888791, tax ID (PIB) 101016158. Contact: e-mail arhifarm@arhifarm.com, phone +381 63 184 31 63 and +381 69 231 88 50.
Information on the website
The content presents the activities, products and services of ARHIFARM. Information on the website is not an offer within the meaning of the Serbian Law on Contracts and Torts and does not by itself constitute a concluded contract or a confirmation of price or availability.
Descriptions of products and preparations are general information. Before using a preparation, read the instructions and the safety data sheet, and agree the method of application for your site with us.
Inquiry and quote
Sending an inquiry through the form, by e-mail or by phone is not an order and does not bind either you or us. We prepare a quote for a specific site, after a visit if needed. The scope of the service, price, deadlines and payment terms are set by the quote or contract, and that document applies to the agreed work.
Regulations and registers
Information from regulations, registers and other public sources may change, so it should be checked with the competent source before making a business decision.
Content and permitted use
The texts, photographs, videos and logo on the website are protected by copyright. You may share a link to a page, but you may not copy the content and present it as your own without written permission. You may use the website for lawful information purposes; disrupting the website, attempting unauthorised access and sending inquiries automatically are prohibited.
Links to Google Maps, YouTube and other websites lead to third-party services, for whose content we are not responsible and whose own rules apply. We try to keep the website running without interruption, but it may be briefly unavailable because of maintenance or a fault; for emergency call-outs, call the on-call number.
Complaints and dispute resolution
You can make a complaint about a service by phone, by e-mail or in writing to the registered office. We confirm receipt and reply without delay, and within 8 days at the latest. If the customer is a consumer and we do not resolve the dispute by agreement, the consumer may start out-of-court resolution of the consumer dispute before a body from the list kept by the ministry responsible for consumer protection, and we are obliged to take part in that procedure.
Privacy
How we process data from inquiries and what the website records is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to the terms and governing law
We may supplement or change these terms, and the new version applies from its publication on this page, with the date of the last update. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We resolve disagreements by agreement, and if agreement fails, the court competent under the regulations of the Republic of Serbia has jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under the Serbian Law on Consumer Protection.
