A floor washing machine worker cleans the bottom of an empty indoor pool.

A pool that doesn't need to be emptied, a well 200 meters deep, a reservoir that the worker doesn't go into.

Pools, wells, reservoirs

Pool floors and walls can be cleaned, washed and disinfected without draining the water. A two-chamber vacuum with double filtration is operated from the pool edge, while underwater robots are used in smaller pools. Wet extraction removes gravel, deposits from joints and algae.

Scale and other incrustations are removed with a high-pressure water jet. For this process the pool is drained, and algae are treated with an appropriate algicide.

Water intakes, wells and sedimentation structures can be cleared and dredged to depths of about 200 metres.

Special suction-pressure vehicles are used for oily material and for cleaning tanks and sewers.

Spills and accidents

After a flood wave, spills or accidents in road, river and rail traffic, the first stop is the expansion. The poured floating fluid is blocked by water curtains, so skimmers are purchased from the surface of the water in an emergency catamaran, with Ex equipment and pumps.

What is absorbed in the substrate is tied with adsorbents, so it is vacuumed and transferred. Heavy soiled surfaces are washed afterwards.

Does the pool have to be drained?

For mechanical cleaning, sanitary cleaning and disinfection of the bottom and walls do not have to it is done with a vacuum cleaner from the edge, with two chambers and double filtration, or an underwater robot with smaller diameters. Water is drained when stone and high-pressure incrustations are removed.

How deep does the well go?

Does the worker have to get into the tank?

Cleaning the tank without workers entering is done in cooperation with partners.

Can sewers be repaired without being dug up?
