The area of expertise is forestry and agriculture, the narrowest area of hydromelioration systems in agriculture. The work is done in two phases and there is a separate license for both: first the preparation of technical documentation, then the execution of works.
The documentation is intended to translate agricultural land into non-agricultural, gravel or sand mining, construction of buildings, construction of irrigation or drainage systems and biorecultivation of land.
The works include construction of buildings, construction of irrigation and drainage systems, i.e. drainage, biorecultivation and translation of agricultural land into non-agricultural land.
Biorecultivation return of use value to the land
Biorecultivation is done where the natural soil layer is disturbed, so the plot can no longer do what it exists for.
These are soiled and polluted areas, mine spoil heaps, i.e. newly created areas of anthropogenic land after ore mines and other human activities, then applying the surfaces after incidental spills.
The goal is to restore the value of the land, in the purpose that is agreed: a field, a meadow, an orchard, a vineyard, a park, a lake or a forest.

- Do you do documentation and work?
For the preparation of technical documentation and for the execution of works, there are two separate licenses, in the same professional area.
- What is biorecultivation?
Return of usable value to the land that has been damaged by the natural layer after mining, drifting or spilling. The purpose is agreed: field, meadow, orchard, vineyard, park, lake or forest.
- Can agricultural land be transferred to non-agricultural land?
It can, with the appropriate technical documentation. It is one of the jobs in this area.
