What is made
Consulting covers the preparation of documentation in the field of environmental protection, projects in the field of fire protection, sanitary and environmental protection and bird control, as well as the services of chemical consultants application of chemicals in the registry of chemicals and registration of biocidal products in the temporary list.
Documentation is done in accordance with the Law on Environmental Protection, the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, the Law on Waste Management and the Law on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control.

Fire protection
Project documentation in the field of fire protection is monitored in accordance with Articles 31 and 39 of the Fire Protection Act and the accompanying regulations.

- What is the Environmental Impact Assessment Study?
The document analysing and evaluating the quality of environmental factors and their sensitivity in a certain area, provides for immediate and indirect adverse impacts of the project and prescribes measures and conditions for their prevention, reduction and elimination. The goal is to reduce the impact to the limits of acceptability.
- What is the difference between an integrated license and an integrated license?
Integral permit, i.e. waste management permit, approves collection, transport, import, export and transit, storage, treatment or disposal of waste and determines the conditions of treatment. Integral permit approves commissioning of the plant or its part, i.e. performing activities, according to the Law on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control.
- Who should have a waste management plan?
Installations for which an integrated permit is issued and plants that annually produce more than 100 tons of non-hazardous or more than 200 kilograms of hazardous waste.
- Who's the seveso operator?
The operator of the plant or complex in which it is present, or may be present, one or more hazardous substances in quantities equal to or greater than those prescribed. According to the quantity is classified into seveso higher or lower order, on which depends which documentation is made.
- Who has a fire safety plan?
Legal entities in the first and second fire hazard categories. The approval of the Ministry is obtained to this plan.
