Technical work on electrical, plumbing, drainage, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, subject to assessment.

Diagnostics and technical services

Work starts with a description of the issue and, where needed, inspection or imaging of the system. Services include plumbing and drainage interventions, blockage clearing and new installations, plus work on heating, air-conditioning and ventilation.

Radiator and heating-system cleaning and flushing are agreed according to system condition. Electrical work, including electrical-cabinet installation, is carried out only within the appropriate scope and with a suitably qualified person where required.

  • Cleaning, repair and recording of sewerage systems of all dimensions
  • Maintenance and cleaning of air-conditioning systems
  • Cleaning, maintenance and recording of dry and fatty ventilation systems
  • Cleaning and maintenance of reservoirs underground and above ground, vertical and horizontal
  • Mechanical cleaning, washing and disinfection of the pool without emptying water, underwater robot vacuum cleaner
  • Decalcification and high-pressure incrustration, with water discharge and algi algicide removal
  • Rinsing the drainage and supply pipeline with a hydro-mechanical jet

Premises, surfaces and outdoor areas

  • Washing, polishing and waxing suitable hard floor coverings
  • Extraction washing and vacuuming carpets and soft coverings
  • Steam cleaning tapestries and delicate textile items
  • Cleaning upholstery and leather
  • Polishing brass, stainless steel and metal details
  • Cleaning suitable facade surfaces
  • Cleaning hard-to-reach glass surfaces
  • Cleaning access routes, removing leaves and maintaining outdoor surfaces

Protection and minor repairs

  • Sanitary and environmental pest protection and bird control
  • Minor repairs to plumbing, drainage, electrical systems, joinery and shutters
  • Small painting and carpentry tasks by prior agreement

Waste management has not been offered since 2018, while larger finishing and trade projects have not been a regular activity since 2021.

Practical facility experience

The team has experience in equipment installation and servicing, building systems and smaller furniture and joinery repairs. Each task is accepted only after its scope, required qualifications and safe working conditions have been assessed.

Are pools included in maintenance?

Yes. Indoor and outdoor pool maintenance includes vacuuming the floor and washing floor and wall tiles with suitable products.

How is a pipeline fault located?

Pipeline-inspection equipment helps locate the problem before the method of intervention is selected.

Can pest control be included?

It can be included in an agreed sanitary and environmental protection and facility-maintenance package.

Does the package include tree cutting?

Not as a regular service since 2021. Any smaller job is assessed separately.
