A functional mobile plant for washing tanks, reservoirs, rail tank wagons, ships, barges and road tankers using high pressure, hot water and steam.

Equipment and applications

The functional mobile plant washes tanks, reservoirs, rail tank wagons, ships, barges and road tankers on site. It uses high pressure, hot water and steam, while self-contained vehicles carry their own water supply.

External surfaces are cleaned with high-pressure washers, rotary brushes, turbo nozzles and rotary nozzles. Hot water, steam and suitable degreasers are used for oily deposits. High canopies can be washed while water, detergent and disinfectant are applied in a single pass.

Closed vessels, tanks and drums

Closed vessels, tanks and reservoirs can be washed automatically with high-pressure pumps and rotary nozzles, without a worker entering the vessel.

Wine vessels, drums, IBC containers and water tanks can be washed and disinfected with steam and hot or cold water under pressure. A dedicated vehicle and lifting equipment position the vessel over the rotary nozzles.

Do you need a water or electricity connection?

Not necessarily. The washers and steam generators are mounted on self-contained vehicles with their own water supply.

Can solar panels be washed?

Yes. Solar panels and the roof surfaces around them can be cleaned with equipment suited to the surface.

Does a worker enter the tank?

Not during automatic washing. Rotary nozzles clean the closed vessel under high pressure.

How are oily deposits removed?

Hot water and steam are used with suitable degreasing agents; cold water alone is not sufficient for heavy oily deposits.

Is it necessary to wash the building, the tank or the equipment? Tell what is washed, how big the surface is and where the object is located.
