Industrial hall with suction machine and hoses stretched on the floor.

Industrial cleaning of tanks, separators, transformer substations, boilers, silos and pipelines, including equipment for deep cleaning and air-lift work.

How the work is carried out

Silo and mill transfer pipelines are cleaned by brushing the internal walls while a high-capacity industrial vacuum extracts the loosened deposits.

Tanks and other vessels, including those previously used for hazardous materials, can be washed with equipment selected for the substance and access conditions.

Boiler cleaning can include chemical treatment, neutralisation and passivation, mechanical cleaning on the water side, washing on the flue-gas side and removal of soot and scale.

Wet, water-abrasive and dry blasting methods are selected according to the surface. Dry blasting can be followed by protective coating of metal surfaces.

Transformer oil and deep cleaning

We maintain transformer substations and dry transformer oil using Japanese-made filtration and distillation equipment.

Jet pumps (ejectors) are available for deep cleaning and air-lift work. The company has also received a current enquiry for cleaning a 600-tonne silo; this is being assessed and is not presented as a completed reference.

Silos

Vertical silos are cleaned with rotary chains mounted on a movable head and arm. Hydropneumatic equipment is used in hazardous or flammable environments, while an electric drive can be used in non-flammable areas. Compacted deposits such as cement, lime, fine coal or biomass are dislodged into the hopper and returned to the process line where appropriate.

Corners in square and rectangular silos cannot be reached by the rotary chain. These areas are cleaned manually with pneumatic tools, while workers use the required protective equipment.

Ventilation ducts and flour-conveying pipes are cleaned with rotary brushes. Loosened scale is removed with compressed air or washing and collected with industrial vacuum equipment.

Scope of work

  • Tanks, separators and petrol-station equipment
  • Industrial pipeline unblocking
  • Transfer pipelines in silos and mills
  • Boilers, including water-side and flue-gas-side cleaning
  • Vertical silos using rotary-chain equipment
  • Square and rectangular silos using pneumatic tools
  • Ventilation and flour-transfer pipes using rotary brushes
  • Wet, water-abrasive and dry blasting with protective coating where required

How is transformer oil maintained?

Transformer oil is dried using Japanese-made filtration and distillation equipment as part of transformer-substation maintenance.

What equipment is used for deep cleaning?

Jet pumps, or ejectors, are used for deep cleaning and air-lift work.

How are silo transfer pipelines cleaned?

The walls are brushed while loosened deposits are extracted with high-capacity industrial vacuum equipment.
